Lifetime Warranty on Manufacturing Defects
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/771 on consumer guarantees, any claim for defective items will follow the prescribed legal requirements.

At Montse Esteve, we offer a lifetime warranty covering any manufacturing defects in our jewellery. This warranty applies to defects in materials or craftsmanship.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at montse@montseesteve.com. We will assess the item, and if the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
