Shipping

Duties and Taxes: Montse Esteve does not cover or pre-pay import duties, taxes, or other customs-related fees for international shipments outside the European Union. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier prior to delivery.

The courier will contact you before delivery to arrange payment of these fees directly. In compliance with European regulations, these taxes and fees are non-refundable once paid.

Delivery Timeframe: Shipments within the European Union comply with Regulation (EU) 2018/302 on geo-blocking and Consumer Rights Directives (2011/83/EU). Estimated delivery time for local orders is 3-5 business days.

We provide complimentary express shipping on all orders. Our goal is to dispatch your purchase as soon as possible, ideally by the next business day, subject to stock availability, personalization, and payment verification.

For US orders valued over $2,500, US Customs may require additional information, such as the receiver’s IRS number, for clearance. This is a standard procedure during customs inspections.

Duties and Taxes: For customers outside the EU, all shipments are made without pre-paid import duties and taxes. The courier will contact you before delivery to arrange payment of these fees directly. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
